I have the worst boss!
My boss is the reason I can’t be successful.
If it weren’t for my boss…..
If my Boss would only…..Sound Familiar???
In the business I’m in, we hear a lot of reasons why bosses get in the way of our success. We hear complaints, excuses, criticisms, negativity and blame on those who “manage” us and see that some people just can’t seem to get out of that rut. We’ve seen people give up on their aspirations or live in a world of anger and frustration as they allow their “bosses” to take control of their future.So here’s our question. How can YOU take control of that?

Is it just me or are you finding people today are just not following through on what they said they would do? I was actually curious to know just how often this was happening so I started to take note in every environment I was in. Would you believe that nearly 50% of people who made commitments did not actually follow through as promised? Would you believe that I found myself part of that 50%?
I became so aware that we are losing one of the most fundamental, critical elements of developing business relationships. Do you remember when “our word” was our contract and meant more than anything? When a handshake sealed the deal and trust and honour took over from there? What happened to the days when a promise would never be broken?
